The triumphal march of robots into new areas of application and fields continues unbrokenly. The roboblaster 350/700-4 of Rösler takes advantage of this robot for demanding blasting tasks. The highly efficient working system is ideal in complex production surroundings. Apart from the main areas of application of the high-performance blast wheel machine are especially iron foundries and forges.

The working spectrum extends from deburring to surface finish and shot-peening of sensitive components of small and mid range dimensions (350x350x700 mm maximum size). In fully automatic production lines a roboblaster can be perfectly integrated. The robot acts as production assistant in this case. It takes hold of components securely and absolutely precisely and enters into the blasting machine for process. Having completed the blasting operation, it places the parts exactly positioned. A special seal system of wear-resistant manganese steel, (patent applied for), ensures a safe seal of the blasting chamber.  

For the special efficiency and economy of the roboblaster 350/700-4 the blasting system with four blast wheels is equally decisive.  The system provides extremely short blast times, compared with conventional two-wheel standard machine types.  Precise and compact horizontal and rotary motors of the gripper provide a uniform finish and complete removal of any retained blast media. 

Like every Rösler machine the roboblaster is specifically designed and optimised for the customer´s need. Existing production line robots can be integrated into the machine concept.
